I work for a multi- stage life care community. I believe my job is important. But my employer doesn't. I want to make more, but there is nowhere to go from this position. I've an offer from a company (Big 4), and serving notice period in current company (Again Big 4). In the meanwhile if I apply to other companies, is it a good thing to tell them that I've a offer in hand? So that they can expedite the process and may incline more to provide an offer thinking that I already have one (so one company thinks that good for this money) or is that negative? That company will think why am I looking out even with an offer in hand.
