Same. By Friday, I’m usually so drained, but I try to push myself to do something fun or social, even if it’s low key. Sometimes just getting out of the house, even for a quick dinner with friends or a short outing, helps recharge me. Finding a balance is key!
Yeah, usually by the time you get out and do something, you get the energy and get into it. It does feel so recharging to do it.
I don’t have friends in my city so there’s no alternative for me
Caffine before I leave work on Friday! That way I'm hyped up for the weekend and can really enjoy the time (or try to). Plus, making a bucket list for each week of what I want to get done. sometimes honestly it's sleep and stay in...and that's great too
Having an intentional plan is great. Plus it gives you something to look forward to during a long week.
