Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow.
