I currently work in Private (GA) Aviation & have for some time (about 12 years) I’m currently making the switch to the Department of Aviation and am unsure if I should ditch my current job (in private) and go full force with the DOA & embrace this new opportunity educationally and gather as much experience as I can or keep both jobs even though I’d be working 80hr weeks.. I love the private world but am really ready to move up. I don’t know what I should do. Any suggestions?

Question for guys: I shave every other day, and get razor burns about half the time. Is this a razor problem? Can anybody recommend a solution? Use plenty of shaving cream, after shave, etc. Thanks.

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.
