My oldest is in 1st grade and as type A as I am. It’s a real struggle to let him do it himself. Don’t worry he is a problem solver so he does them before I get home from work with the sitter and I have no chance to insert myself 😂

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. As an engineer with a functional knowledge (but no former training) in IT and data analytics, what are the best avenues to get to 200k without changing fields and starting at an entry level position (or moving to a HCOL area)?
