My 3 earned leaves got deducted for Feb.
Because I did not have WFH balance but I had applied On Duty.
Earlier I never faced any issue in putting On duty but from Feb -I got email that System cannot find any Client assignment Or Travel.
JL7 is not providing approval on email for ahd team to reverse these earned leaves. Suggest options pls

My base location is in Gurgaon but my nearest office is in Kolkata and currently I am at my home. Can I get it replaced from Kolkata office? And what is the general time frame for replacement.
