How do you stay driven when you're against what your client stands for? For example, helping casinos if you're against gambling. Helping cigarette manufacturers and you're against smoking.
BTA at Deloitte vs Strategy at ZS? Associate level interested in healthcare/health tech but not really life sciences. ZS culture seems like a better fit + pay is more competitive (around 15k more), but wondering if I should go with Deloitte for project opportunities more aligned to my interests. Any advice/insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
What have people heard about working client side at McDonalds? Heard working at Unlimited is a nightmare

When I should jump to a new project? I’ve been on my current project for almost 6 months and I’m struggling (worst Snapshot in my whole time at D). I knew it would be a challenge but I’m miserable. Also struggling with depression and anxiety which is made worse by the pressure I’m putting on myself.

Are director roles at PWC 100% focused on sales or are they also expected to manage a project? What is the difference between senior managers in other firms and directors at PWC?
Is there a limit on dinner when expensing to client? I’m not talking anything crazy, right around $100 a person
Prayers that I can keep my mouth shut at the office today ladies. Had an ambush meeting yesterday that completely blindsided me and my boss with feedback from my client. And of course, I'm scheduled to work with the client in person today. I'm still furious, but have a meeting this afternoon to verify the feedback since it was 4th hand. If it's true, I'm probably quitting because the client hasn't even indicated there's a problem and I can't do two-faced relationships.

I have 2 boys twins. 10 years old. I find myself constantly annoyed with one of them. And always wanting to spend time with the other. I feel bad about it especially during a vacation or a 4 day weekend. Any tips?
I feel like the Senior manager has to redo all (or a lot) of my work. I’ll suggest something, they’ll modify or reject it and then make a decision. Then I’ll execute on that decision and I didn’t have the best idea and it’ll be tweaked again or something comes up and the approach didn’t actually work based on th support. I’m an A2 up for promotion so I should be performing like a new senior, but I feel like it’s clear that I’m not close. For more context, it’s a first year audit so maybe that...
Has anyone interviewed for compliance implementation, trust and safety, recently? How was the experience, and what kinda questions were asked during the interview?

I am thinking to resign after maternity leave ends so I can take care of the baby and find some job less demanding than big 4. The company has leave on absence, which extends my maternity leave. Does it look bad I resign right after my extended maternity leave? Has anyone been there, done that? When is the best time to give notice in this case?
Happy to have just received my promotion to senior manager after a very challenging year, backed by an even more challenging year prior. I've got my own beliefs what a senior manager does, or should do. I'm keen to hear transition challenges others have gone through when becoming a senior manager.

If you are an associate assisting on a file, you get cc’d on all emails and take time to read them and stay up to date, however you aren’t actually replying to the emails or doing any billable work. But you need to stay in the loop for when you need to eventually draft a document and know the facts. How do you record your time for these emails?
What's the polite way to ask if there are referral fees at your agency? Especially after you already referred friends to the recruiter. And they have an upcoming interview? 😅
