My annual performance raise came out to $0.35/hr (from $19.84 to $20.19). I want to go back to my manager and make a case for a real raise, but I don't know if this is standard for clinics right now or if I have legitimate grounds to push back. What's a reasonable raise percentage to ask for, and how do I have that conversation without burning a bridge?

For ux designers.. when you work on a website redesign project where do you begin?

I’m a new hire and currently the only creative on a team of developers. I’ve requested Figma—but IT has pushed back, asking for “detailed business justification… explaining it is beneficial or will assist in day-to-day tasks”.

I’ve already provided info of that nature directly from Figma’s website. Suggestions on what else might convince them?
