My DOJ for CTS is 11th june, all my bgv was successfull, i have contacted HR but they are telling like bgv team is checking . on 11th june they rescheduled to 12th june. now 12th june 4 pm, still my pass is not generated, my doj is not rescheduled, they are not responding.
Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
