One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

My wife is worried about her job. She works as a vendor to wipro.her manager told her to send resume and docs to upload, they will transition her from vendor to wipro payroll. I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

Note: didnt tried to contact them from 1week as some people said you would receive it soon
