My employer has a big problem when it comes to intern housing. Most of our summer internships are in the DC Metro area so we target heavily DC, MD and VA schools. However, not every student we recruit calls the area "home" and requires some sort of housing assistance to work here in the Summer. We can sometimes get a $2000 stipend approved on a case-by-case basis but in this location that barely covers one month of housing. I'm curious what other companies are doing for their interns..
