Time for a new era

Hi Fishes, Currently I am working in Kolkata for past 3 years. I am not a fan of the humid weather in Kolkata. Whenever I go out, its sweaty.. I have an opportunity to shift my workplace to Hyderabad. I want to know about Hyderabad weather month wise..
Weather is only the deciding factor to move. Anyone who has lived in both the cities for more than a year.. Cognizant Tata Consultancy Capgemini IBM Infosys

The last decade and maybe bullet points would help as well.
I would cut it down to two pages. Drop off the last jobs, or take out any unnecessary sections that are just filler.
That seems way too long to me. I know it's hard cutting things down, especially when you've got so much experience, but recruiters and hiring managers just aren't interested in reading that much. Going back ten years should be more than sufficient.
I have always been told to keep it at two pages. At a certain point there are things you can take off your resume because you have been in the workforce so long. Try to get it dwon to two pages.
If you go to actual resume building companies they will tell you the max 2 page length is the old standard and nowadays you can have 3 pages maybe even 4 depending.
That’s too long. Use chat gbt. It will help you shorten plus fit it all in. I’ve been working for 40 years.. mine is 2 pages
It depends upon the job listing. A lot of federal jobs want more information, not less. Mine is 2.25 pages long.
