Need Advice,
Currently I am working at a firm where I currently I have completed my management trainee period and my current CTC is 6.5 and will be increased to 9 CTC after confirmation, along with they will make me sign a bond of 2 years.
But I feel too exhausted to work there and does not have feelings to work in that firm due to various other reasons, sometime I also feel burnt out.

I have applied for a new job near to my hometown but is a small firm which will provide CTC upto 7 LPA.

I’m a 3L applying in NYC for post grad employment. Which plaintiffs PI/Med firms have the best opportunities for a junior? Everything I find, including my past summer job, is a small shop with 3 partners max and a handful of established associates. I would really like plaintiffs side.

Why do corp dev roles for PE backed companies pay more than corp dev roles at corporations? Also, what’s the comp range you guys are seeing? I’m getting offers for 120K-140K and this just seems really low.

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Mulling over an offer to join Industry (Banking) - salary match at VP level (10+YOE) + discretionary bonus (FO role) + better WLB. Not seeing a path to promotion at current firm (rejection for multiple years with no specific/satisfactory reason provided - met delivery + sales KPIs - bad managers/backers). Thoughts?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
