I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Any guidance here is greatly appreciated.

Hi All. I am currently working in Oracle as QA analyst 2. I have 3.4 years of experience. Oracle has great wlb but the techstack is Robot Framework and my domain is telecom. I don’t see myself working in telecom for a longer run. I want to work with api and ui more. Recently recieved an offer for Sr QA engineer at Paytm. How’s paytm considering wlb and work culture.
