I just finished interviewing with EY. I tried to find the EY bowl but was unsuccessful. My 3 interviews went extremely well and if an offer is extended I’d be joining as an experienced SC in PAS. I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.
