Please help me out.. I am a recent mba graduate and i got 2 offers in hand. One in SBI General insurance co. In the position of 'Recruitment and Managing'. And another in ESAF Small financing bank in the position of 'Executive Trainee'. Both offer 30k in hand but sbi gives benefits such as family insurance, hra and other bonuses. Which one do u think is best career wise and offers more growth ? (i specialized in marketing)
