Career advice?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.

Any opinions/tips?

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have been offer a 70k euros as base salary + bonus + visa sponsorship+ relocation allowance almost 8k euros for a MNC in Ireland. I have 7.4 years of experience. Kindly guide me if the offer is decent or I can renegotiate for a higher offer!?
