The CNO was fourth coming with all information and said they would develop me to reach my career goals. I have accepted an offer at another company and because I have some equity vesting at the end of February, I’m delaying my departure. Is 3/4 weeks notice too much or should I just wait to give standard. I would have wanted to give more notice even if the award vest wasn’t a concern but don’t want to jeopardize that.

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?
