Presently at 31 lpa.Basically I am a conversion case.I have been given 44 lpa offer for 11.6 years experienced as AD. As I am a conversion case how can i counter? I think I am shy by 2-3 lpa.I would have liked been 46-47lpa. Can i counter it as the offer is already received.I have to relocate as well.Need your suggestions?
