Am I the only one that feels like we should have our student loans forgiven? (And I used to be adamantly opposed to ANY student loan forgiveness)
Our salaries continue to DECREASE as cost of living increases (not just “no raises”…decrease!…I realize I’m preaching to the choir haha). I can barely (and by “barely” I mean “can’t” TBH) make bills, pay for kids activities, etc (also a single mom of 3, for more context) LET ALONE pay my loans…

Feeling that I never land an offer from Google. I have tried many times and in my last try, I passed phone screening but recruiter ghosted me...
I am not sure what is wrong...
When I apply with referral, my resume always pass screening and shared with managers. But then no response.
When I get feedback on my resume and experience, people always mention "impressive". I feel desperate...Being in less challenging role at Amazon makes everything worse.

Started my new job today! I’m joining a late stage startup coming from a more mature company, and am noticing a lotttt of documentation debt. I’m coming in as Staff/Lead, and want to eventually move into management in 1-4 years.
