Do whatever you personally want to do. If you want to stay local, then just look at the prestige/exit ops previous associates at your current firm have gotten compared to associates at the boutique. If your end goal is to move somewhere else in house, name recognition may be more important and the boutique may not have that pull outside of that local area.
Are you really working late nights and weekends at a 2250 pace? Surely then there’s a decent amount of down time?

If you want to not feel on-call, go in house. Much better there.
No debt if that also helps.
Considering the same
Lots of the top EC/VC firms (WSGR, Goodwin, etc.) are hiring for remote positions. If you’re worried about the comp/prestige hit, why not consider one of those?
