Question for moms with 2+ kids. We have a 1 year old in daycare and the constant sicknesses and extra planning/prep (bottles, clothes, food, changes of clothes) has not been conducive to our biglaw careers. We’d love to switch to a nanny asap but we are expecting our second baby in a few months and wonder how that would work. Anyone have a nanny who stayed on full time when you had a newborn/had maternity leave? Went down to part-time? Took a pause for a few months? Any recs appreciated!

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
