Received a call from a HR of Amex stating there is a hiring drive and proceeded.
I interviewed at Amex on July 3rd, with all three rounds and the HR confirmation of my selection happening by July 7th. However, I haven’t received the LOI yet, and we haven’t discussed compensation either. I’ve been regularly following up with HR, but she keeps saying the approval is still pending. I’m starting to get concerned—does Amex typically take this long to send the LOI, or is this unusual?
