I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.

And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!
