What is the salary structure in verizon?
Hello Verizon fellows, In Deloitte, there's a facility to claim a certain reimbursement for purchasing mobile devices through their portal or something. Similarly, do VDSI employees have any discounts or reimbursement for purchasing devices through Verizon? If so, kindly let me know how to check it out. Thanks in advance.

To increase share price reduce people is only solution but repeatedly same thing in 4 months.
Of course it took time for them to realise IT takes plenty of money every year for zero deliverables, super late innovation and dead dealyed ready to market. That is why you can see the T Mobile share price are 4 times of VZ..

None of us here work in core network planning or spectrum acquisition. T-Mobile’s stock performance came from making smarter strategic moves during the early 5G rollout. They prioritized the right mid-band spectrum and acquired Sprint, which already had valuable 2.5 GHz mid-band holdings for 5G.
Meanwhile, Verizon focused heavily on mmWave in the early phase of 5G. It delivered extremely high speeds, but the coverage range was very limited. To catch up later in mainstream mid-band 5G deployment, Verizon had to spend roughly $45 billion acquiring C-band spectrum, while T-Mobile spent only around $9 billion.
Those were executive-level strategic decisions. None of us here made them. The result is that Verizon now carries significantly more debt, which has impacted profitability compared to T-Mobile.
Why verizon had to spend c band spectrum at 45 billion usd while t -mobile got same band at 9 billion usd?
