Curious to hear collective thoughts on a salary increase for an employee. 2 years of experience and looking for a raise of almost 10K and has only been with the company for a year. On one had the employee has been instrumental in keeping business afloat during the pandemic and was awarded a 15% bonus at the end of last year.
