Resume update question - I'm in IT for over 25 years. OOW 6 months now. I have a great history of Tier 2/3 work. I know I don't want to manage. I like having set hours and I'm generally happy with the pay range. I'm typically a top performer according to metrics that get published to the technicians. I don't want to review people or manage budgets.
How would I best update my resume to show recruiters without seeming like a slacker?

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could.
