Looked it up and it seems to be a new “Techsurance” company working with both home and auto policies. Does anyone have any information they could share about this company? Thank you!

It turned out that, no one underatands or knows anything about the tech stack for which they were hired(god knows how they cleared interview)!! Now i'm the only one doing all teams work !!

So giving my scenario and asking to you where is my fault in this.
First the company came to our campus giving the JD for Marketing.
While withing the first round of interview they changed it to SAP domain.
I got recruited as I was a fresher.
Then once I got my offer letter they have alloted me to Oracle.
I thought all of my batchmate are going to functional side, I will be with them.
Then they send me to Technical Oracle domain., which comprises of coding and all.

TCS Offer in hand: 8.4 LPA

HR said if you have offer of 10 LPA then only i can give upto 11-13 LPA...

I’m a recent grad that on paper has experience only in a local credit union. However, I worked for a Web3/Meta based startup. I learned a lot of tremendous skills at an early age. I can’t seem to get hired for any jobs because if I add the startup on my resume I only get interviews for manager level positions. If I don’t have it on my resume I don’t have enough skills for entry level positions. Any advice would be much appreciated
