PwC India Hi Folks, I will be joining PWC soon with Bangalore as base Location, After having discussion with business, they are asking me relocate to client location based on project everytime. Kindly help to clarify if any knowledge, on this part..do I need to travel everytime? And what are the perks and benefits?

I believe what he is saying is theoretically correct. Look at the balance sheet and annual report of TCS. You will understand that it makes sense. TCS is a cash cow for Tata.
Most of the startups will stabilize the salaries once the VC funds starts to dry up. But TCS is still gonna have long term contracts with big enterprises and govt.
However, there is difference in having the money to pay the employees and actually paying the employees. TCSs' business model relies on arbitrage between salary paid to employee and amount charged to the client. They play on quantity of employees and not quality. Hence, per employee salary is going to be lower than other companies always.

TCS doesn't share profit with the Employees like some other MNC companies in the market
