No..10 LPA is less for 7YOE..ask more..ur tech stack?
Always target for fixed ctc...coz when you look for next change... organization will give you hike on fixed ctc.
Very less as per market standards, recently many of my friends got more than 10fixed with 3-4 years of exp.
What happened, you cannot change.
What you can do now is, accept the offer, put down your paper in your current org.
Start hunting for jobs.
Try getting offers from other companies as well, be it small.
Then either join the best one or try counter-offering to EY.
But at 7 YOE, your package should be ATLEAST 14 LPA, if not more.
What is your current CTC ?? You could have asked atleast 12lpa

10 LPA is less for 7 yoe at EY. What's the% hike they gave. And bonus it will be around 10% of your fixed pay. Based on performance, it can be more too.
If variable is not mentioned in ctc then that value cannot be leveraged for counter offer.

TCS is giving me 11.3 lpa for 4.9 years of experience, which I'm considering is less already.
So please ask more.. u deserve much more for your experience
My YOE is 3 and I was also offered 10 lpa from ey gds. So ask for more

It is way too less. 7 YOE should atleast get 15 LPA fixed.
Trust me you are underpaid rn your tech stack is in demand right now, try there are a lot of orgs who are willing to pay more for devops I've heard of a guy who working @6L and had 5+ YOE, he got offers from Wipro and some other org, after a lot of counter negotiation he got 25L and 20L resp.
