Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. Hi Bain’ers, It will be super grateful to know what is the entry level package for a Manager in non-consulting role e.g. PPK. For reference, YOE - 11 yrs, 34 LPA fixed is my current package, not a manager.

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
