Anyone have awful cellular network and Wifi Hot Spot service (regardless of carrier) at the gates at ATL? I never experience this at DFW, IAH, ORD, LGA, LAX, etc. My home base airport so frustrating.

I took time off in between jobs. For the first time in years, I felt a weird feeling: boredom. It was so refreshing and wonderful to be bored. Got back into creative outlets, tried making new food, rearranged my furniture, etc. Now that I’ve started my new job I feel better equipped to tackle my work and be my best self. Go be bored, it will help your mental health. If you can’t remember what it feels like to be bored, time to unplug. Lateraling has never been easier.

I’m constantly in a state of second guessing everything in my life. The work I do, the firm I have work at, the person I’m with, where I’ll end up in a couple of years, etc. At the same time I’m procrastinating on the smallest of personal to-do items. I don’t know how to deal with this. And I don’t know if I’m making all this confusion up in my head or it makes sense to consider the grass being greener on the other side. 😞🤷🏻‍♀️

My org has been flexible on RTO but has said they want everyone in office for specific meetings we have 2 days every quarter. These meetings work better in person. Travel is reimbursed. I’ve let my direct reports know that aside from those quarterly days, they can do what’s best for them. I have one direct who has been pushing back about the 2 days a quarter b/c he wants 100% remote & never wants to be in an office again. Am I crazy for thinking he’s being ridiculous? It’s 8 days a year total.
