I like Sugar Rush, Time to Eat with Nadia Hussein...I’m finding that all I can watch these days are news and cooking shows. Not sure why. Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

To kick off some discussions - what are tools/resources that make your life easier? Automating saves me, even though the set up is time intensive. I love Calendly, it’s been a life saver so far. I haven’t taken the leap to a CRM yet but have been looking around. My services are higher price/lower volume so it’s been manageable.
