Yeah you totally should. It’s a quick fix, he can send the building super over to snake your drain.
Depends, if the landlord is a regular homeowner and not large management company then try doing it yourself first. My dad is one and it can be quite stressful since he’s working full-time as well. Try some drano or snaking yourself. But if you got a super in the building then it’s his job.
I’ve used drano, then lye, before but not sure if it’s safe on all pipes

I’d try drano yourself. If that doesn’t work then contact them.
Good suggestion but OP note that many rental contracts specifically bar drano because of the effect on old pipes
