Your workout is about you, not about how people look at you
How would any of us know how that would make you personally feel?

Yeah that’s why I said the word assuming
Equinox ain’t worth it gurl, save that $$
I think if you have to ask the question then the answer is that yes you will probably feel weird. I don’t think you should though! Like others said, people are normally too focused on their own workout to care, and if they’re the type to judge, then they’re gonna judge anyway, regardless of what you’re wearing.
I’m a woman. I don’t care what I wear nor what people think of me. I will say I switched from old T-shirt’s into actual workout gear (doesn’t have to be Lulu) because it was more breathable and sweat wicking.
I only question when people have a full face of makeup on because I can’t imagine their skin break out from sweating + makeup
Most people are too busy worrying about themselves at the gym to care or notice what you are wearing or doing. As long as you’re wearing a mask and wiping machines down all good
Honestly you may feel a little out of place at the Bond St or Orchard St locations— mostly young people and most girls are wearing cute workout clothes. I really upgraded my fitness wardrobe when I joined lol but I think that’s also bc I only like to do classes, so you’re staring in a mirror the whole time and really noticing what you (and other people) are wearing
No. Most of nox is old people wearing whatever the fuck they want.
Depends on the location but yeah for the most part
Not if you go to 85th & 3rd gym—big mix of ppl there, beautiful and otherwise...
Agree with this....and it's a beautiful spacious sunlit location too!

I’ve seen people at equinox wear wvrrything from lulu to baggy tees, don’t feel self conscious
If you feel weird. Planet fitness is the place for you. No judgement zone.
If you go to the soho location, I'm sure you'll notice the parade of models doing squats in their lulus and what not.
That being said, even if people "notice" your attire, it would take a particular brand of asshole to actually come up to you and comment. Regardless, that's a "them" problem. Go do your thing in the gear you want.
I just got loop resistance bands, best decision ever.
Nah. In fact, of all places, that’s probably the one gym where it’s be celebrated and appreciated for its uniqueness. I saw Anderson Cooper in there with a ripped cotton t shirt and baseball cap the other day curling some 50’s.
lol what even is this question
Nop, in all tattooed, punk and go with the trashiest broken tshirts so go for it.
I’d wear that too since all my money went towards the membership. Rock it.
Is this a real question?
