So i joined Accenture on last week of November, I was mapped to a project then later rolled off (requirement change) -> Bench -> Another project (which has not yet started) -> Rolled off. So right now I am in roll off period, during this tenure i haven’t done any project work. In portal.accenture my productivity is showing 0%. Any body facing the same issue?. Will this cause any issues?

I've been told that I'll be sent to the U.S on a secondment for 6 months. I have also read that the waiting period for US visa is more than a year. Any thoughts on this?

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
