How much are you paying for rent (and where) vs how much are you making?

My direct report expensed Cal Bar late fees assessed for reporting MCLE credits late and for paying the bar fee late. It’s around $190 extra. I don’t care about the money (it’s not mine) but I think this is principally wrong to ask the company to cover it. Thoughts on this and how you would communicate it?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Hi all! Need advice: Going to go for the Tesla Model 3. Not sure if I should get the RWD or AWD! Chicago resident, but roads are usually cleared out. That being said, not sure if RWD will hold for road trips in the winter.

Scratched quarter panel. Analysis of estimates: some auto body companies say you need to blend paint from damaged quarter panel to door, others say just repaint my messed up quarter panel and don’t touch the door. So that makes my quotes apples and oranges. And it makes me question the quality of those who say they are not blending into the door. How do you know whether to go with the cheap quote (no door) or more costly (door too)?
