I heard they have a lot of requirements and are hiring actively. So, this is something new. Can you detail about the test that is happening?
They took aptitude test of all analysts who joined after 1 jan 2022
They are saying they want to baseline for 2023 hiring
Nothing to worry about. I've seen this happening every year. This is to gauge performance w.r.t. the test prior to joining and also to prevent fraud which is prevalent because of remote working.
Misleading. This is the first time that a retest has happened. It doesn't happen every year.
And people have been fired
Did they fired employees based on this aptitude test performance?
