So I'm in the middle of reinventing, also known as updating Resume since lay off and would like to get some suggestions on good sites or advice editors that you all use? or have used in the past? Sometimes Indeed and LInkedIn are my two go-to's lately. I currently have a 3-page Resume...30 years of experience...which is NOT what employers want to read! I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range
