I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

80K is not that bad for London. Don't go by all purchasing power parity calculation. Think about the better quality of lifestyle that you will have there. Assuming this is skilled worker visa hence after 5 years you can apply for PR and have long term settlement in UK.
I have lived there for 5 years and trust me UK feels like home because of the large Indian community there, english as a medium to communicate and a lot of lifestyle match that you will find in many places.
I feel India is a good option. London is expensive brother. But if priorities are to reside in London and experience life there. It’s not bad either. Go-ahead based on your priorities.
India far better if you think purely on savings.
For long term - say you want to settle abroad - I would suggest to move to western EU countries, rather than UK.
If startup and the potential is huge you may become financially secure for your future , risks are there too.

The offer in amazon is right. And it pays more than Accenture n big 4 in uk. Salary wise it's good deal. Rest is your choice. You can get passport in 5,6 yrs also.
