Hi everyone,
I have joined Tech M recently, I got hired via a subsidiary called Zen3. Is there any difference or challenges I would face since they should be the same company as per my knowledge. Also the onsite opportunity would be less here? Please give your thoughts.. Thanks 🙏 Tech Mahindra

Agreed, the holding company ideology is a concept that needs to be dismantled and flushed down the toilet.
I’m also curious about what notable and growing independent creative spaces have been formed in the wake of all the massive shifts in the Chicago industry endured with layoffs, restructuring, and closures. It’ll be refreshing to know that there are sustainable and reasonably managed creative spaces growing and thriving in Chicago despite all the malarkey the markets gone thru in the last 2 years…
Yeah, in-house isn’t any greener other than I do get paid more than my time at the agencies. But the work is tired and repetitive. The leadership is made up of has-been / never-was CDs who still chatter on about their coat tails past. They’re just riding this wave to retirement.
Meanwhile, the actual corporation isn’t doing very well because of the economy and being in house that’s a problem. It’s not like another account will save you. We had layoffs earlier in the year. So, I’m not going to say it’s a bad idea, just proceed with caution.
I promise you, it’s much worse in-house.
And they don’t respect you or your ability as a creative at all. You’re a human chat-GPT.
Well this is all very disheartening
The hours are a lot shorter, and it’s pretty easy work. But that’s because no one cares about the work.
But is in-house the only option? What about experiential, events, or production houses? Any ideas advertising adjacent?
