Rising Star
Commenting for better reach

Take time to step away from the work and make a priority list, always helps!
I remind myself that doing my best is all I can do. If that's not enough, that's not on me. I make sure to step back and take a break when I can, because seeing things with fresh eyes always helps.
Honestly, I just keep putting one foot in front of the other. The best you can do is hang in there and do as much as you can. I don't let anything outside my control get to me, and I focus on knocking out my to-do list.
When my brain starts going too fast because there’s so much coming at me I actually step away from my desk for a minimum of 10 minutes and I go do a quick meditation.
I find a quiet place, put in noise canceling earbuds and breathe while I meditate - I’ve even even done many of those because the area I have didn’t have quiet spaces any longer. I did them in a stairwell because usually people took the elevator.
When I returned to my desk, I was re-centered. My blood pressure was where it should be, and I could think clearly for the rest of the day.
