Every name repeats itself several times. But each of them has different lot numbers associated with them. I only need to pick one lot number number from each warehouse randomly. Is there a formula for that in excel?

Hey guys, did you ever encounter the following problem & know a solution:
Whenever I reference another tab in any given formula in my model, XLS first calculates everything as it should be. However directly afterwards (or sometimes only after saving) the formula vanishes and only the resulting value is left. Hence, all automation etc in the xls does not work.

Any ideas what's happening and how I can solve it without rebuilding the whole model?
