Studying for FAR and it gives me so much anxiety. There’s just so much information. I’m taking notes and reading. I don’t plan on listening to the lectures but I feel like I’m moving so slow. Advice?

I'm studying for FAR now and same thing happened with me. It's just a simple mental shift. You need to know that every little detail in the grand scheme is not important. If you nail down the larger concepts you should be scoring around 70% on the MCs. Obviously review what you got wrong but don't make yourself crazy.

Take a practice exam so you can break down where you dont know anything. Do those first, then get to the other sections.

I think I need to give up on finding a natural deodorant that actually works.

I’ve tried Native, Dove 0%, Kopari, Toms, Crystal, Secret Aluminum Free. Curie gave me a horrible reaction because of my sensitivity to baking soda.

Anyone else struggle to switch to natural? Find anything that finally worked?

For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance. Is that normal?
