Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!
Anyone have a Branch standing desk? Thoughts?

Why do u need a whiteboard at home? Does your whole team work from your home office that you need one? Genuinely curious.
Whiteboard paint and put crown moulding around it. Did same with blackboard for kids.
D1, imagine it can be helpful to sketch out frameworks and ideas and erase vs. writing on paper or slides
+1 on the Home Whiteboard.... now get the overboard camera so you can send snapshots of it quickly and easily :)
Whiteboard paint? Is that a thing? I know there’s blackboard paint
I completely endorse home white boards. Love having a large canvas to sketch things, be it data models for clients, or furniture I want to build
Wow, you guys really take your client work seriously!
D1 great question
C1's answer is spot on. Just set up my office and I'm really really excited to just sit back put thoughts on paper.
Man is this what it takes to be partner, yeeeeesh
Get that paint, just do the wall
In my spare time (hah!) I restore classic cars. The Home Garage really wasn’t cutting it so I got an off-site shop with a load of space..... and installed a giant whiteboard using the sticky back whiteboard roll. Really really good.
