I am currently exploring new opportunities and would greatly appreciate any referrals or guidance for relevant roles.

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! The equivalent of this is in SQL, you can use the apostrophe in the beginning of and end of a text. That text will not affect the function of the query, but that text can be seen if you proofread the query.

- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).

Question:
Should I just move to London as soon as I'm able to, or is it worth waiting until the end of my OPT in August in case they do a second round of the H1B lottery?

Currently working as Penetration testing for service based company for Apple Inc as client.
How much can I expect for 2 year of experience.
Current: 7Lpa

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?
