I work as a Technology Consultant. Graduated from a Tier 1 B School in 2021. Currently, my skills include business and requirements analysis, and I also look after some internal product engineering and release management initiatives.

I wish to transition to a PM role in a product-centric company. I had taken relevant learnings in my MBA, but I don't have any prior PM experience. How do I make the switch? Thanks in advance for helping me out!

My book is just spec and side projects. I’m trying to get a new junior-to-mid role because I’ve gotten nothing good produced where I’m at, and I have zero faith this will change if I stick around.

I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?
