Suggestion on Resignation

I have an overall 2.8+ YOE in LTIMINDTREE.I joined as a fresher with P1. Currently I'm on the bench for 45 days. So I got an offer from an outside organisation and the joining date is going to be 7th April. So should I wait for hr to connect or should I resign myself?

Need your thoughts on the same.

How can I sell my 2 years of clerkship as valuable experience for corporate work? I would like to get credit for at least one year (at least in salary, if I can’t in seniority). I know for litigation they are more clearly valued and linked to that type of work, but I have reconsidered my interests and now am thinking of going into corp. However, I don’t want to feel like I wasted 2 years clerking (which I don’t feel like that, but I have to convince an employer of that too). Any help or insight?

Is it worth for me to get a masters (non-MBA) for Cambridge / Oxford after 3-4 YOE? Currently have an offer for Master of Bioscience Enterprise at Cambridge but not sure how helpful it can be for future opportunities.

US transplant with 7 YOE looking to work at Capital One in UK expected to make £100k at M or £115k with promotion to SM. Is this good in comparison to other firms? What do Big 4 and other firms pay for around this YOE?
