Any agencies in NYC hiring AEs?

Just started in-house and my days are full of meetings with little time in between to analyze or process anything. Is this typical? I keep taking lots of notes but haven’t had a chance to really review and reflect on my notes, to follow up and investigate or do any strategic or legal analysis. Lots of on the fly work for now. Maybe it’s like this just the first few days where I’m getting the lay of the land? But I suspect it’ll be like this for a while… Any tips appreciated.

Hi, I got an offer from Deloitte India for consultant role. I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED]. Is it fine or should I negotiate more? Also I have offer from Accenture with 8 lpa fixed + 21% variable and 60k joining bonus. Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture? Looking forward for responses. Thanks in advance!

For me i have to leave my parents, hometown and travel 2000kms to Bangalore for joining office how it is hybrid for me ? I still worry about myself and family health not sure about COVID. Also most of my team sits in Hyderabad few are in Bangalore .office should be optional. Indeed we were able to work in past 2 years right ? Then why force people to office ?
