I've landed a Tech Lead offer at Tech Mahindra with 3 years of dev experience.

Anyone got the inside scoop on their company culture, perks, potential layoffs, work pressure, and bench policies?
Also, what's a reasonable LPA to ask for?

What are the must-knows before I accept the offer?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sweaty post-workout question. If I finish a bike or run in the heat I am usually just pouring sweat for the next 15 or so mins. So I've gotten into the habit of just putting a towel or yoga mat down on the floor and laying/stretching until I am not going to throw sweat everywhere or step in to the shower and step out still sweating. Is there a better version of this maybe for recovery or even just not wasting time waiting?

I got a 0.6% raise at the start of 2020 and a 4% in April this year. I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
